Vicar Ruberto Ek-Yah
 serves his vicarage at Trinity and Ascension Lutheran Churches in Portland, conducting Spanish-language worship, assisting with bilingual worship, and conducting Bible studies.

 three  people are enrolled in classes through the mission training center (mtc) of the center for applied lutheran leadership (call) of concordia university, portland,
taught in spanish by adjunct instructor, rev. zabdi lopez.
